Welcome to festivalearpro.com, operated by Twisted Lasers LLC (“Festival Ear Pro,” “Rail Riderz,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using this site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

Rail Riderz™ products are designed and sized for teen and adult ears and are not intended for young children. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or are purchasing with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Products

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including specifications like NRR (Noise Reduction Rating) and SNR (Signal-to-Noise Ratio). NRR and SNR ratings are standardized lab measurements; real-world noise reduction depends on correct fit and insertion. Rail Riderz™ earplugs are hearing protection accessories, not medical devices, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice about hearing health.

Product images, including case designs, are as accurate as possible, but laser-engraved details may vary slightly between individual units.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required.

Shipping

We ship within the Lower 48 United States as standard, typically within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. International shipping and larger bulk orders may be available on request — contact us at [email protected].

Returns and Refunds

See our separate Refund Policy for full details. In short: returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property

Rail Riderz™, the Festival Ear Pro name, logo, and all case designs are the property of Twisted Lasers LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our designs, trademarks, or content without written permission.

White Label and Custom Design Programs

White Label orders (minimum 20 units) and the Custom Design program (opening 60-90 days after launch) are subject to separate terms provided at the time of inquiry, including design approval and turnaround times. We reserve the right to refuse any design submitted for custom engraving or white label branding.

Earfluencer / Affiliate Program

Participants in our Earfluencer affiliate program must comply with FTC disclosure requirements in all sponsored content and with the separate Earfluencer agreement provided upon enrollment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Festival Ear Pro / Twisted Lasers LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
