30-Day Returns

You can return your Rail Riderz™ within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement — whether it’s a defect or you’re just not satisfied. No complicated conditions.

How to Start a Return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Condition of Returned Items

Products should be returned in the condition you’d reasonably expect for a 30-day satisfaction window — this isn’t about the item being unused, since we want you to actually try it. If a product is damaged beyond normal wear or missing major components (case, carabiner), we may issue a partial refund instead of a full one.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Ship the item back to us using the address we provide when you start your return.

Refund Timing

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s issued.

Single Earplug Replacement

Need just a replacement pair of earplugs, not the full case and carabiner kit? Email us at [email protected] and we’ll take care of you directly.

Exchanges

Want a different design instead of a refund? Let us know in your return email and we’ll swap it for you, subject to availability.
